Altitude Property Management has called the Roaring Fork Valley home since 2011. What began as a promise of reliable, transparent care has grown into a trusted local team looking after more than 60 homes and over $52M in assets across the valley. We treat every property as if it were our own, pairing hands-on attention with honest communication and dependable service. Our Place

Our homes sit in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley, from downtown Carbondale to Glenwood Springs, just down valley from Aspen and Snowmass. Choose from mid-century modern condos and cabins on the Ranch at Roaring Fork, creekside homes with private fishing access, and jacuzzi-warmed retreats built for two. Traveling with a crowd? Our lodges welcome groups of up to sixteen for reunions, celebrations, and mountain escapes. Every home is thoughtfully maintained and surrounded by rivers, ranchland, and easy access to hiking, skiing, and hot springs. Stay a weekend or a whole season.

Our home base at the foot of Mount Sopris, where downtown charm meets riverside ranch living. Most of our homes sit here, minutes from the Roaring Fork River, hiking and biking trails, and a walkable main street of local shops and restaurants.

Glenwood Springs

The valley's gateway of hot springs and canyon adventure. Soak in the world-famous mineral pools, explore Glenwood Canyon, and unwind in a comfortable retreat just up the road from everything the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.

Aspen

The crown jewel just up valley. While our homes sit nearby in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs, world-class skiing, the Maroon Bells, and Aspen's dining and culture are all an easy drive away, giving you the best of the mountains without the resort price tag.
